Richard has been working in the area of new media & training for nearly 10 years. This has included working for Morgan Stanley and University of Hertfordshire before setting up his own company, Chaplin Multimedia. With this business he managed projects of all varieties, such as web sites, presentations, training programmes and live events which encompassed video & audio production and presentation design.

Since founding Capture Creative he has been involved in managing the day to day running of the business. Clients have benefited from his creative and technical skills and his expertise in the web alongside other media.

Richard also has extensive experience in training many clients and regularly teaches at University of Hertfordshire on schemes such as Studio Practice & Content Creation and Interaction Design. He holds a Bachelor degree in Media Production Management.

As a past President of Leica Lithography, Peter has wide UK and International business experience in company operation, marketing, market development including Asia Pacific and business growth and development.

Since 'retiring' at the end of 1998 Peter has operated in his own company, Management Strategies Limited as a consultant to start-ups and established medium and large companies. He is a specialist in direct support and encouragement to senior executives.

He is on the board or directors at Chaplin Multimedia and he now brings his wealth of experience to Capture Creative.

Formed in 2002, out of the creative wing of new media agency, Chaplin Multimedia, Capture CREATIVE exists to create a difference.
